I was given a new password an still cannot access my account. I'm about to give up I have tried several times to do this. I have been trying to change my password with the temp. password I received. I keep getting a message that says wrong information.I need to get information on the cards retrival time. I have tried this procedure twice with 2 new temp. pass words but I still get the same error message. The fact that there isn't a customer service is what is *** me off. I need to reset my password asap.I noticed on the message with the temp password it will not answer any questions. How does one reach a live person who will answer me back? Karma14 Read more

Downloaded my fun cards was great delivered right away. Sent mothers day card 6 or 7 of may. They didnt receive it until wed.12th. Then sent missing y cards, 2 weeks ago still not received. Then sent memorial cards 2 to 3 days before still havent been received. Right now im really pissed off. I have tried contacting pogo to no avail. I really dont know what more I can do, except cancel my fun cards. It really isnt easy to contact pogo with a complaint that im not happy about either. HOPE TO HEAR SOON FROM Y SOON. Read more
